Record lifecycle

Status is a trail, not a verdict.

Each state records where the file stands. A public record can move forward, become disputed, or be restricted later when better evidence or a rights problem appears.

  1. SubmittedPrivate intake received.
  2. QuarantinedHeld away from public access.
  3. Under reviewSafety, rights, provenance, and evidence checks underway.
  4. Published — unverifiedPublic-interest reason documented; claims not established.
  5. Partially corroboratedSome material supported independently; limits remain.
  6. DisputedMaterial objections or conflicting evidence published.
  7. AuthenticatedIdentity and origin established to the stated standard.
  8. Removed or restrictedPublic access limited while the record and reason are preserved.
Evaluation protocol

One star rating is not evidence.

Public reviews are moderated and broken into separate questions so popularity cannot masquerade as verification.

Authenticity

Is the file what it claims to be? Are signatures, formatting, dates, hashes, and origin indicators credible?

Provenance

Is there a documented path from creator or custodian to the copy in the vault?

Corroboration

Do independent records, primary sources, experts, or reproducible tests support the material?

Internal consistency

Does the document contradict itself, misuse citations, omit critical data, or overstate its methods?

Relevance

Does it materially help explain a public-interest issue, or is it merely sensational or repetitive?

Rights and safety

May it be published without exposing private people, illegal content, confidential material, or malware?

Mission boundary: the vault supports lawful public-interest research, criticism, historical preservation, and civic accountability. Claims about a “New World Order,” centralized power, or coordinated wrongdoing are treated as claims to examine—not facts presumed true by the platform.
