Community accounts
When community accounts are activated, members are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for activity performed through their accounts. Usernames, display names, avatars, biographies, reviews, and other public profile material must not impersonate others, expose private information, violate rights, or be used for harassment or abuse. NewzWarz may restrict, suspend, hide, or remove community features or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or abuse control.
Community ratings
Star ratings and structured votes are member opinions about source usefulness, classification, recommendation, and sourcing habits. A 1-to-5 star average is not a measure of truth. They are not a truth score, factual finding, endorsement, authentication, or professional assessment. NewzWarz may set minimum vote thresholds, invalidate abusive or coordinated voting, and change how aggregate signals are displayed.
Signal Points, badges, and levels
Signal Points and badges are participation signals. They do not establish expertise, truthfulness, professional credentials, legal authority, ownership, or evidence authenticity. Signal Points cannot purchase favorable source ratings, public-vault approval, moderator authority, or access to private submissions. Staff and trusted-review roles are granted separately.
Reviews, reports, and moderation
Member reviews may be held for moderation before publication. NewzWarz may reject or remove spam, threats, doxxing, illegal material, impersonation, harassment, deceptive activity, or other content that creates safety, rights, or integrity problems. Moderation decisions may be logged for audit and abuse-prevention purposes.
Source recommendations
A submitted URL is a private recommendation for review. Submission does not authorize publication, guarantee inclusion, create an affiliation, or require a response. NewzWarz may reject, defer, reclassify, edit an accompanying description, or remove a previously listed destination. Submit only public web addresses you are authorized to share.
Prohibited submissions
Do not submit malware, phishing pages, credential-harvesting pages, private systems, deceptive links, illegal material, doxxing, private personal information, or links intended to bypass access controls. Automated checks and moderation are not security certifications.
Notifications
Browser push and similar alerts must be opt-in. A notification is a pointer to material, not a guarantee that a developing claim is true. Breaking-news alerts are designed to require editorial approval at launch rather than being generated automatically from every RSS item.
Email signup
Submit only an address you control. Joining the Dispatch authorizes NewzWarz email consistent with the consent shown on the form. You may request removal through the unsubscribe page.
Satire, forums, and prophecy
Satire is comedic rather than straight reporting. Forum posts may be anonymous and unverified. Prophecy, visions, and personal testimony reflect the speaker's or author's claims and interpretation. None becomes verified fact merely because NewzWarz links to it.
Intellectual property
External names, trademarks, articles, photographs, videos, broadcasts, and other materials remain associated with their respective owners. NewzWarz's original site design, copy, source arrangement, and code do not transfer ownership of external material.

Submitting a file does not authorize publication or guarantee preservation. NewzWarz may reject, quarantine, redact, label, remove, or report material based on malware, privacy, confidentiality, copyright, court orders, threats, illegal content, platform rules, or lack of public-interest value. Member ratings, Signal Points, popularity, or account status never authenticate evidence or cause an anonymous upload to become public automatically.
